By noticing what is happening in the body, we can better understand patterns of stress, emotion, or behavior.

How does it work?
- Sessions take place online
- Our journey starts with an online chemistry call
- We will get to know each other, see if we’re a good fit
- We will begin our session with a meditation
- Then, instead of focusing on the words you’re saying, we will focus on what your body is telling you (feeling vs thinking)
- Think: where are you feeling it in your body? What does it look like? We will use your imagination and visualization.
