Outdoor career coaching takes traditional one-to-one conversations into nature (parks, forests, beaches, or urban green spaces). Instead of sitting across a desk or a screen, we walk side by side, using movement and the natural environment to support your reflection, clarity, and change.

How does it work?

Sessions can take place in person or over the phone.

Face-to-face in Barcelona area or over the phone:

  • Our journey starts with a 30/45-minute online chemistry call
  • We will explore what you’re looking for and see if we’re a good match
  • From there, we will schedule a telephone or face-to-face session
  • If the session is outdoors together, you can pick the place that feels the most comfortable for you (fitness level, beach or mountain, time of the day etc)
  • If the session is indoors, I will call you on your phone and guide you through the process. I will encourage you to connect with your environment and describe what you are seeing to me.
  • Sessions over the phone in nature can be very powerful as you focus mostly on what you’re seeing around you, my voice (no distraction, no eye contact) and your thoughts.
