I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
The ICF is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession. It sets the gold standard for professional coaching through its globally recognized Code of Ethics, Core Competencies, and credentialing process.
A few things about me
- I have spent 15 years in fast-pace environments in the corporate world
- I led international teams in major companies even though I faced impostor syndrome
- I have moved countries, living 20 years in France, 5 years in London & 10 in Spain
- I have coached over 100 clients of different backgrounds and cultures
- I can coach in French, English or Spanish
What led me to coaching
I felt stuck in my life, unsure of what my next steps should be, constantly demotivated. I was starting to be very unhappy. I worked in a big corporation. I didn’t feel valued, nor did I feel like what I did mattered. So, I reached out to a coach, to see things clearer and she changed my life.
I completely fell in love with coaching. I decided to dream my life. I started to design it on my terms. Now I get to support people in connecting with themselves, their dream, and their goals. I help them connect with amazing individuals. I also learn about the complexity of the human brain at the same time.
