I specialize in coaching my clients outdoors, in nature.
I also coach clients online, around the world.
My coaching style has an emphasis on values (that we will identify together at the start of your journey) as well as the connection with the body (in nature or indoors) and emotions.

What are the steps of our journey together?

  • We will explore first what you’re looking for and decide if we’re a good match
  • From there, I will shape a plan to support you in the way that feels most natural and impacting for you
  • We will decide if the sessions should take place online or outdoors as well as if somatic coaching could be an option that you consider trying
